HOUSE RULES

DO NOT use drugs in the house.
NO Pets.
DON'T use the kitchen small balcony (this door must be always closed).
LOCK the building's main entrance and the house doors always.
NEVER drop paper or anything else in the toilet. There will be serious problem of the drainage system.
Check in time is 15:00 - 24:00
Check out time is 12:00
Children under the age of five should only be at the balcony under adult supervision.
You must not leave candles lit up when you are not there.
Please close the windows and balcony doors when it's very windy.
Before you leave the house, please make sure all the kitchen appliances and the air condition are turned off.

House Safety rules
Smoking is only allowed at the balcony. Please use ashtrays (you will find them in the kitchen drawers) with little water.Children under the age of five should only be at the balcony under adult supervision.

To respect our neighbors… Between 3 and 5.30 in the afternoon, please do not
make noise. For the night, please keep noise down between 11 p.m. to 8
a.m.
Solar Water heater 24/7 hot water for enough for 4 persons.
Air conditioner: For environmental, economic and health reasons
don’t overuse it.
The house is near plants and waters and therefore mosquitos. Plug during
the night the mosquito devices with antimosquito liquid available at home. You
can use mosquito repellent that you can
find in the bathroom
Garbage: You will find big garbage bags in the kitchen drawers. Put the bags in the green trash can, on the next
corner of the road.
Public water in the area is not recommended for drinking.
Extra bed linen and towels you can find in the closets.
The tablet is ONLY for in house use.
The mobile phone has all important phone numbers you will need.
Just in case:
Checking out: Normal time for checking out is until 12 at noon. That is, if next guest is
coming the same day. When depart just call me to give me the keys.
